The quick-frozen cabinet is a kind of high-efficiency freezing equipment which can freeze a large number of products in a short time after proper pre-treatment of fresh raw materials. The central temperature of the quick-frozen items can be frozen to -18℃ to achieve no loss of nutrients, no change in quality and clear color and color. The quick-frozen food can maintain the original quality of food completely at low temperature. Once the food is frozen in a blast freezer it can be moved into a normal freezer for long term storage. A Blast Freezer usually uses blower fans which force cold air across the contents of the freezer in order to rapidly chill it. They can be equipped with trays which move in order to position foods, and often include various compartments for freezing. Blast Freezers can normally handle foods at room temperature or heated as long as the capacity is not overloaded.
